The CDO Hub is designed to support your professional development, with inspiring talks, peer-to-peer discussion and mentoring.
At our events, we place an emphasis on informal, closed-door dialogue on leadership, including the challenges in the data leadership role, and the skills needed to excel.

The keynote for our first Leeds CDO Hub event will be led in part by Susanna Lawson, the CEO and Founder of Onefile and the ForwardLadies/HSBC Business Woman of the Year. Onefile boasts an impressive client list including the NHS, Siemens and National Grid.

Onefile works with over 700 customers around the world, supporting them to deliver apprenticeships and vocational training more cost efficiently and increasing quality. Their work has dramatic results, including increasing ROI by 400%, facilitating a 32% increase in employee/apprentice engagement in their learning, and developing productivity by 50%.

Susanna regularly speaks at a variety of events, mentors other SME Business owners, and has a great leadership story; there is an interesting data angle to this too, as the business is all about a platform for collecting and managing learning data.

We appreciate all the support from Ed Wynn and Stuart Hayes in bringing the CDO Hub to Leeds, who will be helping to run and facilitate the event and community discussion.
