We are on a mission to enable all organisations to get value from data regardless of scale, maturity or industry. The CDO On-Demand service provides you with access to data and analytics advice, guidance and leadership from the very best in the market.

The need for a strategic and senior leader is well documented, and many organisations are turning to recruiting a Chief Data Officer to own the data and analytics agenda.

However, for many this is a challenge as that role can be cost prohibitive, the skills wide and varied and there can be a lack of clarity where to start. Small and medium sized businesses, charities and start ups are finding themselves in this position at a time when the need for this role is growing.

For those organisations, the CDO On-Demand service provides a part-time leader who can shape and deliver your data and analytics strategy.

Complimentary 60 minute discussion on the current status of your data and analytics strategy. Based on this session we jointly agree the best way to provide the necessary support to your organisation and ambitions.

Match making you with a wide range of senior leaders to get advice and guidance on your data and analytics strategies. Through ad hoc discussions, online forums and collaboration sessions you will be able to move your agenda forward.

You will be provided with a Chief Data Officer to help shape your data and analytics strategy. They will then work with you on a part time basis to grow your capability, accelerate delivery and ensure you get value quickly.
