Talk data over coffee, instead of the internet: Events with Cynozure

It’s November, and that means it’s time to get excited about events in data. These events offer valuable opportunities to hear about the latest technology developments, industry best-practice and meet face-to-face with other leaders in data, along with us! We’re keen to see you and catch up on our favourite topic (data, obviously), and this events line-up over the coming months certainly isn’t to be missed.

Big Data LDN

13th – 14th November 2018

This year, at the bigger and better Big Data LDN, we’re back to help with your data strategy & implementation. Find us in the Consultancy Lounge, where you can chat through your specific requirements, such as how to effectively use your data, or which platforms/technologies are suited to your ambitions as an organisation.

Book your session with us in the Consultancy Lounge at Big Data LDN today.

Moreover, our CTO, James Lupton will be leading a session on some of the things to consider when reviewing solutions for your company, the questions to ask, and pitfalls to watch for in How To Be A Better Technology Buyer.

Our CEO Jason Foster will also be joining two panels on the 14th; in the morning, he will be discussing Thinking Digital: Building a Successful Strategy for the Data-Driven Enterprise on the 14th, while later in the afternoon, he will be joining a panel hosted by Eden Smith on Understanding Business Challenges In The Current Data Job Market.

And that’s not all! We’re co-hosting an exclusive Data Leaders event at Big Data LDN. On the evening of the 13th November, members of the CDO Hub are invited to join us for drinks, in partnership with Eden Smith – watch this space for more details.

Big Data Analytics

27th November 2018

Later in November, Cynozure is returning to the show floor of Big Data Analytics. Our experts in data are ready to talk you through all the latest insights and innovations in data and analytics.

We are also really pleased to share the news that one of our customers will be presenting in the main conference. Philip Day of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Really Useful Group  will be leading a session on Becoming Data And AI Ready In Theatre; this is a truly innovative approach, and Phil will be sharing some great insight into what can be done with data and AI.

Find us at BDA on the 27th November, at Victoria Park Plaza. Discover how to create value from data, and what steps to follow in developing your data strategy.

Workshops

Our masterclasses in data & analytics offer the opportunity to gain practical knowledge and understanding of the latest technology and strategies.

You’re invited to register for our workshop on Building a Data Platform on 12th December. In this session, you will learn the fundamentals of the technology and architecture required to sustain an effective data strategy.

Likewise, you can also register for our Data Strategy Masterclass on 17th January, 2019. This 2-hour workshop will explain how to build and deliver a solid data strategy for your business. This includes why you need a data strategy, and how to go about integrating it into your wider organisation.

The CDO Hub – Data Leaders Networking Events

Just around the corner is our next CDO Hub event. This monthly event brings together world-class leaders in data to meet and discuss with other members of the CDO Hub. As part of our community, you can share best practice and ideas, start new conversations, and hear from selected leaders on their experience. These regular events are for CDO Hub members only.

We’re excited to have Roberto Maranca, former CDO of Lloyds Banking Group and current Data Excellence VP for Schneider Electric, join us as a guest speaker on the 7th November at the Eight Club, Bank. Register your interest for this event here.

If you’re unable to make this event, you can also join us on the 5th December for the final Data Leaders Networking event of 2018. The Data Leaders Networking events will then start up again in the New Year on 6th February, 2019.
